The phones are diverted between 12:30 and 13:30 Monday – Friday but the doors are still open during this time.

Tuesday to Friday mornings: The GPs offer early morning appointments between 07:15 and 08:00.

Wednesday and Friday mornings: The practice nurse operates an early morning clinic between 07:30 and 08:00.

Out of Hours Service

Between 12:30 and 13:30 and 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

The Access Centre is open 08:00-20:00, 7 days a week including Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
