Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- by phoning us on 01452 891110 between 11am and 12:30 and between 3pm and 5pm
If the doctor needs to speak to you about your results the receptionist will book a phone call for you from a doctor.
Do not assume your result is normal if you do not hear anything from your GP, please call and check.
