Feedback and complaints

We are continually looking to turn patient feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

Giving feedback

To provide feedback:

Making a complaint

Gloucester City Health Centre has a complaints procedure, which has been setup to deal with any complaints about the service we offer. If you wish to make a complaint, please phone 01452 891110 and ask to speak to the practice manager, who is responsible for administering complaints. A member of the reception team or the practice manager can provide you with a copy of our complaints procedure and complaints form.

We are happy to listen to ideas and suggestions that will help to improve our service. Writing to the practice manager, putting a comment in the box in the reception or filling our online feedback form are ways of letting us have your comments.
